Played around with the Custom Player Models mod for Minecraft, and made a little Crow model for myself!
It's a really satisfying tool, once you get the hang of it! Custom model, custom armor, some customized animations-- even better when paired with Pehkui so you can match your first-person view and character size to the model's dimensions, whether they're taller or shorter than Steve. Highly recommended!
