Pretty easy in many ways. If we have enough time (or not too many attendees) I'll introduce myself and then invite everybody to say who they are and what they are as an icebreaker and then I'll do a brief monologue about why I love Rats, how I became a Rat, various influences I've had, and then start inviting other folks to make suggestions about rodent-related content, ideas, experiences they've had. The panel runs itself at that point.
