Somebody on YouTube requested I do an arrangement of "Scotland the Brave." I did the cliche thing and used bagpipes for it, but then I added the sounds of American marching bands for fuller effect. This plays twice; the first time, you hear just the pipes and drums, but the second time, the other instruments come in.
Thus, this is the lineup of instruments:
Piccolo
Flute
4 B-flat clarinets (1 & 2 top stave; 3 & 4 bottom stave)
Bass clarinet
Sax section (4 alto, with 1 & 2 top stave and 3 & 4 bottom stave; tenor, and baritone)
2 sets of bagpipes (top playing melody; bottom as the drone pitch)
4 B-flat trumpets (1 & 2 top stave; 3 & 4 bottom stave)
Mellophone
Trombone
Baritone (euphonium)
Sousaphone
Glockenspiel
Vibraphone
Xylophone
2 marimbas (both treble clef)
Timpani
Auxiliary percussion (concert bass drum, triangle, crash cymbals)
Battery percussion

Original song is public domain
Credits go to the scores of different arrangers that helped me do this one; this is the first time I have ever done anything involving bagpipes.

I don't know if you can do this in your music program, but one thing that would have been nice is to have the drones slide up into their notes, like you usually hear when the drones start.
I did it in my arrangement of The Mingulay Boat Song: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/13725541/ 0:15 mark.
