Garten Of BanBan redesign: Opila's Chicks

๐ถ๐บWhen it came to designing Opila's chicks, I decided that I wanted them to have an unborn or dead-like look to them. I did research into the different developmental stages of a chick before they are hatched as a rough starting point. I wanted to keep them somewhat simple, but still interesting in design. Originally, I was going to get rid of the blue chick as I felt like they clashed too much with the other chicks and with Opila Bird herself. However, to stay true to the original source I decided to keep them. I like how they turned out! I was a little worried at first about them not looking like they could be the children of my Opila design.. however, thankfully that was not the case and I think they fit well. ๐บ๐ถ
