The moment you swallow the bite of cookie, something feels off. Your stomach gurgles, and your vision blurs slightly as you try to stumble away from the table. You curl around yourself, gagging on air as you feel as though you’re dripping, skin dripping, hair dripping, limbs dripping into something different. The moment you ate the cookie your fate was sealed, your human form destined to be ripped away into something else.
You’re smaller first, the cookie as big as you and then bigger as your body turns blue. It’s confusing, and you try to register more about your surroundings, more about how your body shifts and squelches. You feel delicate wings sprout from your back, first one and then another, followed by some sort of tail. You’re tiny, to your bafflement, new fur puffing up against the chill. What even are you supposed to do now?
