I just realized had Jingle shot Charles's exposed leg it would've crippled him severely, Plasma no matter the type of weapon it is in will always burn through soft targets before finally hitting a hard surface like the wall behind Cass, where it'll "Explode Violently"!! Leaving behind a sizeable crater & plasma burns, Plasma burns are extremely difficult to heal from.
