Garlic the Luxray is a different-looking Luxray that somehow got created in one of my dreams at some point, I have him as a character for a couple of years by now but I just never drew him. However, once I happened to see him as a kitten in another dream (I checked some old photo album...??), I just had to make time to at least sketch him as an adult and as a kitten.

What's interesting is that his mane as a Shinx-kitten was more garlic-shaped and a garlic-y color to it. And this is what my mind created while I was still dreaming no less. I'm glad I could remember how he looks like. Such a strange and fun design.

Garlic's adult fur pattern and color scheme reminds me of one of the cats we owned back when I was a kid. Maybe my mind mixed a Luxray and our cat into one and made this at some point, who knows, dreams are wack. His personality is comparable to that from a playful and curious housecat, and doesn't get scared or intimidated that quickly. Can be a clingy friend, never causes trouble either.
And despite his name's Garlic, he doesn't have a funny smell, actually smells like a clean cat or something.

Sorry for the delayed post for about a few months, I just never made time to share this one outside certain chat programs.

... Garlic also needs a reference sheet, although his back and rear-end just have the same black color so it's nothing too special. Just a Luxray that's a bit smaller than a regular one.
I also need to draw more often, I feel rusty. xD
