After a few revisions of Phloww, I finally got the one form it would suit him well. Yes, based on Futachimaru/Dewott (English is pending still from last I heard), Phloww is an Asurott (Asura + Dewott). 
balddumborat wanted to try out a new coloring style and what better test subje-er, I mean, "example" than having my Phloww character being first to drawn that style. He's so cute and adorable!!! I wanna hug him!!!
