i love chekhov so much i think hes awesome. i dont know what the actual general consensus/fanon is on ghostbur since i dont watch dsmp but i think chekhov is a GREAT interpretation of ghostbur. i like his kind of.. awareness of the situation. he chooses to "be happy all the time" because wilbur was sad an no one liked him! so if chekhov is the opposite of wilbur and never sad or angry then people will like him! he can be the new and improved wilbur and he can be a good dad and a good son. he can let wilbur be dead and everyone will move on.

but it doesnt work like that and people are uncomfortable around him and they resent him for forgetting everything that upsets him and its just. such a cool story i think. i really like it. chekhov is cool and i like his memorial-type library and that he released a bunch of wilburs music. i like his vibes. he's a weirdo and i appreciate it
