I adopted this character a few years back but just now made a nice ref for him. Sorry, buddy ^-^;
Ford is a scientist. He has a terrible resting face, but underneath that grumpy expression is a very anxious guy who's just trying his best to make a living.
He wasn't always a... creature; that was the result of a lab experiment. His teammates have been trying to figure out how to reverse it, but at this point it doesn't really hinder his work anymore so he just deals with it. (Besides, he got quite the generous workers' comp for that one-)
