Author's comments: This is a very personal story that I wrote, to reflect recent events in my own family. My Grandmother was diagnosed with dementia in late 2022, and we've been helping to take care of her as best we can, so she can stay at her home for as long as possible. Me and my uncle are bore the brunt of it, and it's been at times very physically and emotionally exhausting. Much of this story is based on real life arguments, incidents, and commentary.
