Some people in the multiverse are what others would call completely mad with no morals. This applies to the man who operated the abandoned lab Farley had found, deserted many years ago after the man was imprisoned for the unethical experiments that he did. From the documents in the lab, it was found that he had been attempting to make chimeras to create an army to take over the world. He was stopped before he could make any working creatures, and all his creations were destroyed, or so was thought. But Farley had no interest in all that, he was just looking for any useful tech that was hidden in the facility. At least, until he accidentally activated a tube that held one of the experiments, releasing it. Expecting to fight a mindless beast, he was surprised when the chimera instead spoke to him, showing intelligence and sentience. He was more surprised as she called him her creator, devoting her loyalty to him. He knew the people who captured the scientist would likely want to kill her for existing, he chose to bring her with him, giving her the name Calliope, although being slightly annoyed at having another girl who considered him her master.
Height: 5’10”. Horns add 6 inches
Personality: She is quite confident in both herself and abilities, having an excellent sense of her limits. However, she is very loyal and protective of Farley, something he it trying to slowly remove like the other girls who consider themselves his servants more than companions.

You certainly do seem to collect a number of girls who believe you created them... ^.~
How much of Calliope's loyalty is due to some kind of programming, to imprint on and obey her "creator", and how much is honest gratitude for being created? If it's the latter, she should be able to overcome the whole "You're my creator" thing pretty easily by having things explained to her, though she'd still be just as loyal to you for releasing her.

That's gonna be a little harder for her to overcome than just being told, "No, I'm not your creator, you're free to do what you want. You can stay with me as long as you like, but I don't own you."
You might want to make sure she doesn't have some sort of "killswitch" implanted somehow, whether substance-based or verbal trigger. Don't want a "Flatlander Woman" situation to happen now... ^_^;;

I don't think she'd have a killswitch. Even if the scientist had thought about it, still being early on, he would have focused on bringing her to life and giving her intelegance and loyalty before worrying about having to kill her. But he kind of goes along with it with most of them because it's easier than arguing with them constantly, like how some of them still call him master despite his constant reminder not to call him that (yes, I like the thought of being their "master", just for the kinkyness~)
I dunno, I think it'd be part of the "design" phase. I was thinking of Flopsy's Master having put something in, some kind of weakness that she doesn't know about that RH-01 would inherit. Potentially, Adraykon could be still alive, coming to Earth in search of Flopsy, and getting attacked by RH-01.
But I didn't like the idea of it, so I scrapped the idea. I'm assuming that in spite of her strength, he believed he could take her out with magic if she ever tried to become a threat. Since he didn't know she had a soul, he would've assumed she would be 100% obedient, thus no need for a killswitch/weakness.
Another previously scrapped idea is a janitor in the building when all this happened got sent to Terra and found Adraykon, rescuing him with a healing potion. Then the two go on adventures, with the janitor becoming a hero and wielding a magic sword by the time Adraykon is able to replicate the experiment and travel to Earth. Janitor would've been the first to find Flopsy, and make a comment along the lines of "You're Flopsy? I kinda expected you to look... y'know, different?" since she's in human form and he'd have been told about the hoofbun. When he namedrops Adraykon, Flopsy would immediately be on high alert and ready to fight, because the only person on Earth who knew that name was Malik, so she'd assume this is one of Malik's associates. It also would've given her a chance to confront him about her soul. I scrapped it because it sorta undercuts the entire grieving process and cheapens it if he's okay, and then also leaves her too torn between Earth and Terra. She would have a hard time being happy in either place, I'd have to have Adraykon essentially move to Earth, and then it'd make things with Ben awkward. ^_^;;
(And nothing wrong with being their Master. I still sometimes think you're just trying to get your own Flopsy. ^_~ )

I’m assuming Adraykon is the name of Flopsy’s master, and I have agreed with you before that it feels like a cop out and would mess with her entire character. Although I do like the isekaied janitor thing just as an idea, just amazing to me. And no, I’m not trying to get my own Flopsy, just like the “reluctant master” bit. Even played with the idea that the non “servant” girls like Ember sometimes call Farley master as a running gag. That and I, like most straight guys, have he fantasy of having a harem made of beautiful and sexy women who’d do anything for me purely out of love and respect, and I would reciprocate that in turn~
Adraykon's name was mentioned early on in a flashback when Flopsy reminisces about the first time she "awoke". But she almost never uses it, and has only ever said "Master" on Earth. She might have told Ben in private "off-camera", but he might not have actually asked. ^_^;;
I like the isekai'd janitor idea, maybe Princess and Tola will run into a janitor from Colorado that shows up one day...
And I know you're not trying to get your own Flopsy, I just like teasing you about it. ^_^
