Well, that's not were I expected BW to end, but boy does it end where it mattered. I started the final fight with Reshiram, and after every single other Pokemon I had fainted, it ends with my starter, Snivy, now a Serperior. When you add that on top of the final speech of the game, I genuinely could not have ended the game in more beautiful way then that.

I kind of skipped this generation a long time ago, was doing a lot of other things at the time, only ever touched the game for a little bit to transfer Pokemon into XY. My brother did play White 2, and really enjoyed it, but I don't think either of us played the first of any of the games. I kind of regret not getting into this sooner, it's genuinely a really well thought out game with a story that genuinely works super well with the inspirations the region is inspired from.

The pacing of the story and gameplay is so good, and the fact that HM Shenanigans are optional for the main story is a GODSEND. The laser focus on the characters also did this game a ton of favors, building upon the lore and the backstory ingame, it leaves a really good impression.
Also I kinda like the fact that they made the region comprised of entirely unique Pokemon for it at the time? Literally nothing quite like it since, and probably never will again.

I have a lot of thoughts, but it's getting late, and I need some sleep, I'll probably continue this little series I made for myself, I still have a bunch of ideas I could draw out and a ton more when I go into White 2, but we'll see.
Also apologizes for the Pokemon BW Brainrot, I genuinely wasn't expecting to get this into making these, I just happen to have a decent amount of ideas for this, and it's been fun seeing the various responses I've been getting, even if I'm a tad bad at responding to things.
