Well...it's not the first time I've guessed right ;)

whys everyone a cat? D:

these two characters are originally from my other long-running comic, and for a long time I drew only cats because I knew how to do it and didn't want to try another species until I had a good foundation for the comic and knew how to do backgrounds and such and then started incorporating other species. But right now we only really have two characters in this comic so its hard to say "everyone" is a kitty LOL.

Does that make sense?

yeah but i meant in the last comic everyone was a cat except the wolves who were wild :P

which we saw four other characters in total lol two rangers and the two girls. If I make an extra character that's not going to be really super important (has no name) then I go cat, it makes it easier and faster for me?
So far we really haven't seen any lasting characters besides the wolves, Az and Angel, and now Artemis. There are neighbors and they're NOT cats, just to let you know, we just haven't gotten that far yet?
