Well, to an extent it makes sense. Since water parks are family friendly (i.e. there can be young children and other underage people) their should be some level of coverage. However, as long as nudity isn't an issue, like Kelsey's case here, I think that they shouldn't be asked to leave. I would say that Kelsey is decent and that life guard is just being judgemental.
