The Wizard of Wonderland wants to be the King, and rule over the whole of Wonderland, sending his two foolish assistants Dim and Dum, to thwart the Care Bears plans to get their friend Alice to take the place of the missing princess, until they can rescue her and make her the rightful queen.

The Wizard will stop at nothing to become the ruler, making Alice perform the princess test in which only a true princess can undertake.
