Most DRAGONS are guardians of property and kingdoms of HUMANKIND. They represent their sovereign nations within the ARISTOCRACY OF THE SCALE, the DEMOCRATIC POLITICAL SYSTEM of the draconic union. Those dragons who have sworn themselves to the TEMPLAR, yet are not powerful in the political party, or do not possess land are represented by minorities and affiliations, serving the aristocrats or community in various ways, from hunting the vast waters of the world for beasts of TERRIBLE SIZES which threaten their homes, to supplying the more hedonistic members of the aristocrats with SLAVERY or being AGENTS to their kingdoms.
The GREAT SEAMOTHER slumbers securely beneath the great subterranean caverns of her sanctuary. She was as fabled, a great HERO, and the first known dragon of the sea to expose herself to the world, and join the Templar cause, alongside the great ANCIENT ONES who rule the different wings of dragons. Ill with age, she is cared for by her closest relations, consorts, and the SHIELD, an elite force of magi and warriors acting as the Templar authority force. Her covenant honors her by coming to her sanctuary to deliver healthy whelps every generation, to be nurtured and raised in the security of her lair by the old, and taught the ways of their kind.
