In Raemouian, there's a consonant that's a bit like a "k" but deeper, and then a deeper still one than that. Usually the "gargle consonants" made in the back of the throat can be described as analogous to the English "c" "k" and then the hard "q" as in "Quatar" or "Catarrh" - and then, a noise made even further in the back of the throat that is usually romanized as "*". Make the "k" sound, then the hard "q", and then try going even further back in your throat.
