It's really nice seeing Star have someone on big side of life as support. I feel like Star also needs SOMEONE to see her as more of an adult when everyone's been treating her little all week, and not in the way she might like that comes out of respect and trust from people like Martin and Kim.
Though hopefully Elly is able to clear up the fact that she's already seen Star in diapers soon so Star could perhaps feel a teensy bit more comfortable to wear them during some chill time!

While I'm not an active member of a military, I know enough people who are, as well as having tried to join up, to know that... this is not how this works at all.
You don't quit the military "on the spot". You can try, but you won't. That's called "going AWOL", at best.
And punching someone else? In the army? Oh, hello MPs. And a straight ticket for military prison, right there and then, most likely.

First, I love your icon.
But that whole scene has kinda put me thinking about how would be an appropriate way to handle it. I mean, you can't engage with them, you can't acknowledge that you know them, if you just "nope, out" they may think you're going to taddle... I kinda feel like the right thing to do is just privately say "I'm going to leave, I am sure this is embarrassing for you, as it is for me, as far as I'm concerned this never happened, please stay and have a good time." But that doesn't seem right either...

There isn't a good way out. There is just damage control.

She didn't volunteer for the photos, Sarge wore a hidden camera to the party. I'm not familiar with UK laws but in the US this could be seen as illegal depending on the state. Not to mention the blackmail, sexual harassment, sexual assault, sexual battery, and that he is also married, Sarge is lucky Star is just doing this and not going to the MPs. I mean what he did could land him in prison with seriousprison time, not to mention divorced and a dishonorable discharge (or the UK equivalent).
I think you misread. What Yuri_the_husky meant was that he used the photos to "volunteer" her.

Like anything harassment-related in a job setting, there isn't much of a "good" way of handling THAT sort of issue.
Want it or not, Sarge is harassing her at best. Or, as you say it, *trigger word*. And indeed, it is very difficult to handle in the military because of the culture it "requires" (you have to basically dehumanize your enemy in order to be able to effectively render them not living. Unfortunately, human beings are weird and tend to add these sorts of things in every other aspects of their lives - ask why the ratio of police officers who are domestic *trigger words* is so high...).
Unfortunately, to not get "professional deformations" happening, you tend to require a certain level of realization about yourself, about the world and high awareness of how one's changing themselves - which isn't easy to do. Or acquire.
That's why I'm genuinely hoping that, narratively-speaking, things have been settled "by the community" as Star puts it. Last thing anyone in that community and position needs is to have to explain to some clueless HR/officer person what ABDL is, how both of them know about it and how things got this way...

You could just unwatch me or knowing that shine is every Friday and knowing that it's labelled as a shine page you could just not click on it and not read it. You've complained a few times about not enjoying it so I'm not really sure why you're still here reading it.

1. It shows up in searches as a thumbnail. Clicking on it and reading it? That's on you. Why do you do it? Are you compelled to click on and look at every result in a search? Do you keep hoping Shine will have suddenly changed back to the focus you like?
2. FA doesn't have filters per se, but you can still exclude stuff the old-fashioned way: minus sign in front of a search term. Add "-shine" (no quotes) to your search.

Then just don't click on it. Not that hard. It shows up when you search, probably because either 1. You searched it before, or 2. As it has been said before, ITS A THUMBNAIL! YOU ARE KOT REQUIRED TO CLICK ON IT!

Im on the side of Elly here when it comes to what wud happen if Star went to the higher ups about this. Ive def seen that more than you wud ever believe, jobs dont give a rats arse what ya do outside work if you arent makin it Their problem. And in that sense, they wud be quite pissed at Sarge for not just abusin his power/authority but also for bringin that outside life into the work environment; which cud result in bad press if shite got found out about
This all likely goes triply so for the military just bcuz theres higher ethics expectations (not to say theyre upheld all the time); which one mite think wud make them anti-kinks but id wager otherwise... Theyre fine with such, off base and kept out of the public limelight, bcuz troops are better at their jobs when allowed to do what they want on off time. Which again, wud make them extra pissed at Sarge for his behaviour here
But all that said, i do entirely understand why Star cant see it this way, esp bein only wks out of the closet rly at this pt as far as livin her baby life goes. It isnt ever easy to risk openness about this part of ourselves, esp moreso when newer and still feelin more of the neg attitudes towards it
Tho i sus Tessa wud probs have some words about whether or not higher ups wud want to know and if they wud do smth here, i just feel that Tessa wud side with Elly as well; tho makes me wonder why she hasnt said as much... But i cud totes get wantin to leave Star to decide what she is comfy with and not push her on this; i just feel Star shud get that push to get rid of Sarge, bcuz she isnt owed any grace here for his misdeeds

I figured bur I thought it might've come up in your head because we all got reminded that Elly ran a cafe/bakery type thing, so it would make sense for her to have... speaking of which, when Elly says, "I have my own job to do, a Cafe to run, remember?", I remember legitimately saying to myself, "No", and I sat there for 5 minutes trying to before I remembered that last time it was mentioned some 450 pages ago, which reminds me, we're about to hit pg. 500, keep up the good work, BabyStar!
im glad elly seems to understand how truly fucked this whole situation is lmao. like i know star is doing her best and committed to seeing this thru but honestly if this had happened to me and all of my friends still encouraged me to go through with it, it would've probably soured my perception of the entire community and the kink itself lmao
