While my gf was over she kept spitballing adopt ideas for me to work on, which included an emo angelfish that I thought sounded fun. This design went through like half a dozen iterations in order to get the vibe I wanted, and looks pretty much nothing like the original chibi sketch, and I added a moorish idol snoot / palette because I thought it went better with what I was going for but kept the angelfish ribbons simply because I wanted them to have pierced tassels, lol. I also added two headshots so the owner of the design has a better idea of their marking layout underneath their style.
