This is a commission from Kipikipo for her friend Jelly, she asked for Jelly's character dressed up as Revolver Ocelot from Metal Gear Solid 3.
A strange but cute idea that I had fun with, I've never drawn Ocelot from any of the MGS games, so working on his uniform was fun.
I know it may not be perfect, but I did what I could.
