Came up with the concept of this character (initially pretty much only a vorny [vore horny] "basic" bat girl) in February this year while in Discord rp with 
maxhyper, friend of mine
After that and some thinking, I thought of some things to differentiate her from Sam and keep her as another OC, most notably i think is her sentient tail Maw, winged arms (unlike Sam and Cedar which have the wings and arms separate!) and little eyesight - her eyes are covered by her hair most of the time and even if they weren't she still has pretty poor vision without glasses (preferring to echolocate that way), which she wears only when absolutely necessary as to read something, and her featureless body by design
Little personal details: 1.63 m tall (5'4", also my height irl) and 63 kg (139 lb), the largest of my OCs haha (by default, though Sam can still be larger than her if they so wish) / her surname Shokuji is Japanese for "meal" because of the vore aspect, she has no preference on being predator or prey, liking them both / nicknames are Van or Vanny, can also give the fun alliterative title and nickname "Vorny Vanny"
So vore and tail Maw aside I assume she would be a "normal" bat, unlike Sam: no transformations involved
