Another one that deserves to be capable of Mega Evolving in my eyes! Dewgong along with its prevo Seel is one of the most forgotten Kanto monsters, and they definitely deserve some attention!
I gave it facial horns made of solid eyes, as well as giant saber teeth, to really drive home the fact that it is part Ice type!
