There's a lot of lore to unpack here, but the general idea, is that Sneak (the rat) and Zeke (the dog) are longtime friends and partners of their respective friends, who happen to be in a relationship with each other, while Zeke unconditionally supports his friend to pursue true love, Sneak also supports his own partner, but has his own reservations about it.

Not that you could blame him when they're right inside the tower of the Chaos Council and any wrong movement could get everyone in trouble!

This may be one of the drawings I'm the proudest of, the idea is the Chaos Council from Sonic Prime got their own garden as they also need fruits and vegetables to sustain themselves, and thus, that garden is a gigantic dome with a simulated weather and sky to help grow everything!
