New character idea for my portfolio

A sailor that drowned at sea and comes back with wind and water based powers.
The drawback is that he doesn't look so good at night and he can't stay away from the sea for too long.
He has an optimistic personality and is surprisingly cheerful and sociable despite his undead predicament.

Still a lot to figure out with this guy, his outfit, powers and ghostly/ghoulish night form
