A commission/concept idea for
buckhopper. Buck on the basketball court has many enemies: players and teams alike. However, he only has one great enemy he must face in every game, even off the court: himself. This is where NegaBuck comes along - a mix of Bucks self doubt, handicap and past injuries. It was somewhat inspired by Scott Pilgrim Vs The World when Scott fought NegaScott. I thought it was a cool idea.

Happy Chinese New Year!
And this is an awesome picture! I really appreciate you bringing up your own idea for this one, O-K. It's nice to have a picture that gets away from the realism of the court to something metaphorical. Without a doubt, the battle to be great is not just about fighting others, but fighting the forces in yourself. And B-Hop is no superhero. He struggles with his own self-doubt as much as anyone else on the court. Maybe even a little more, being a bunny in a league full of predators.
