I was a bit hesitant to draw this one, to be honest. It stepped right on the edge of quicksand fetish, which I don't think would be appropriate for my Patreon. I alowed it because it was portrayed as a nightmare, but if I get a similar request in the future I may ask the requester to reconsider other options.
