I cannot tell you how many doodles and drawings I have of myself just wearily drinking tea. It's honestly just my perpetual mood.
I kind of waver on this, but for the most part, like 99.999999999999999% of slime characters in existence Ollie is fairly impervious to physical harm. There some stuff, like the cyanide bit I did, fire prolly ain't great, maybe salt? Not sure about that, but either way unless it's a whole bag of roadside salt it would probably just be more akin to a nasty burn.
But aside from that they get tired! Which they do. A lot. Maintaining the cute chubby creatura form that we're familiar with takes a low key, if not constant effort. It's honestly best described like standing. It should be easy to do and maintain for a little while, but once you get past a couple hours of it with no breaks whatsoever, you get tired. And as long as they're out in public, that's what Ollie does. Unfortunately, for them, if they do give up on it, it's not like when you're at work, sit down, and your boss hands you a broom and scolds you telling you "if you can lean, you can clean." For them taking a break from holding their form just means reverting into a basic blob slime monster which'll weird most people out and in general just cause a scene.
So yeah, they'll do anything in their power not to do that.
Most of the time once they get home or otherwise have private time they'll just collapse into a literal mess after spending hours interacting in society and only shift if it makes a task easier. Like drinking tea is a lot easier and a lot less messier if you have a mouth to pour it into. I've drawn them resting in a trunk before but idk, I may just steal the hammock thing from Aver. It's just too good an idea.
