They're stronger than any up to this point, AFAIK. Arseus (the one at the top) is supposed to be the Pokemon equivalent to God (called the 'Creation Pokemon'), is only available through a Nintendo event, and at level 80, it's the most powerful Pokemon ever found in the wild.
I don't really know the two of them, but the two featured ones of the series I do. Just got Dialga the other night. So probably haven't gotten far enough to see the other two.
All look really good, Dialga, the way you did him, looks more like the sprite, which I think looks better then the offical art of him.
