A lot of your work seems to have an angelic theme to it. Not a bad thing, but you have me curious - is there a significance of these types of character for you?

To be honest, there's not a huge significance to me! I just like drawing wings and feathers and I've always had a fascination with flight and various concepts/interpretations to religion. So, it's an intense interest of mine, but not one of some huge philosophical/religious significance. If anything, it's a means of exploration. Another thing is that in many of the art history courses I've been taking at university, they tend to have very western-central themed lectures, so this is the kind of thing derived by being inspired by the paintings we've looked at. xD

Ah right - so a more pragmatic interest than spiritual? All good, mate Thanks, I was just curious. Some tend to attach a lot of spiritual or personal significance to different aspects of what they draw so I had wondered.
