They were discussing "psychic dementia" two pages ago, so I think that's what's going on here.

So likely any assault by Rubberbuns' forces will get mental slammed by the individual currently having a discussion while this is happening? And the League is apparently "distrustful" of mental powers...

I would say that it is now 100% a given that Buns and Bulwark are very much akquainted in some way. Cause why else is he so fixated on the rhino and how to stop him.
Also nice to see that Obsidian has the power to gimp Buns to shield him from the backlash of his own powers (which also means that the Symbiotes are a means Buns invented to stop himself from going insane from his powers).
As for which one he has: This very much looks like Dr. Strange trying to find the best route to win from Infinity War so Buns is a Temporal Super that can view all possible futures. And if that is correct I would love to know what the worse posibilities for the aquiring of Josh was that could have happened if Holt had not had the mano a mano fight with him.
Also nice to see that Obsidian has the power to gimp Buns to shield him from the backlash of his own powers (which also means that the Symbiotes are a means Buns invented to stop himself from going insane from his powers).

yeah was thinking the same thing when i looked at the writing on the wall. Also wonder if the image under stay away has anything to do with that new empath they introduced a page or two ago. Be a real twist if the rhino is the ultimate villian and buns became one to try and stop whatever future would come.

But at a guess it might be Next or similar level mental time travel. That is he can look into the mind of his own future and possibly not "events" but future circumstances. But its the worst of both. Psychic AND temporal-spatial (no teleporters, phasers? hmmm)
And if its like ugh Worm's Path to Victory or similar thinker powers....
Its possible he's getting answers with no context. Or he backsteps (think like the butterfly effect movie or Quantum Leap)

Empath I get the Symbiotes can inhibits psychics but seem nigh all id/preverbal. Not likely hidden from her view and VERY vulnerable to her influence if not them direct certainly any of his drones And given how he prefers to ... temper finds someone who can direct tap emotions in any direction as to exaggerate in the same and certain with need for excessive reprogramming is bad
Even if not crack the programming direct reintroducing or stimulating or shifting the repressed or conditioned emotions could easily crack his agents with likely not so much "freed of control" so much as seen cases of Drone's emotions override or subvert programmed instructions

Since they were talking about time-space powers in the past pages, I assume now that Buns possess such powers, and right now, he seems to be overusing them. Maybe he has a power to see into possible futures, and he tries so hard right now to look at as many possible scenarios as possible that it is now taking a toll on his mind and body, being overwhelmed by who-knows how many possible timelines.
Wow! Such an interesting page (both from artwork and a story telling point). I know Buns is supposed to be a 'bad guy' but I hate seeing him like he was on the first panel. I am agreeing with others that Buns may have the powers old sour horn was trying to deny existed on the last page. Anticipating what will be happening next.
On a side note, I wish I could be cocooned in rubber like Buns (been having a bad couple of days).

Oh my i dunno what happened to him there, judging by that marker writings on the board I thought he wrote those with his blood from his nose and mouth there back from the previous pages, it was a red marker. Seems like Mr. Buns gets to taste his own medicine I think, entrapped into latex, i hope he'll be fine...

That does look like the curious aspiring hero from the previous panels that was asking about the special types of powers. 'Stay away' and 'keep away from symbiotes' - perhaps they have an ability that can negate or convert symbiotes in some way? Though I think it was mentioned that she's an empath, unless that refered to someone else. All the crossed out options across the wall do seem to hint at either foresight or time travel - either seeing possible futures and crossing out the bad outcomes, or actually having lived through the 'bad ends' and having gone back in time again and again.

Oh Mr.Buns what have you done? Well this is interesting so Mr.Buns power is to see the future. Well this seems like a blessing and a curse. Multiple things can happen and it takes the smallest action to change the course of time. Poor Mr.Buns he really pushed himself trying to prepare for the future. So many possibilities to consider this is going to be dangerous. Now it looks like Mr.Buns is going be out of commission for a while hopefully he will be ok. That cocoon looks cozy as for the gag I'm sure Mr.Buns thought of that on purpose even if he has to use it too. Nicely done Rubberbuns. This comic has gotten even more of my attention keep up the good work.
