For the most part, I've given my sona as little a backstory as possible, mostly because I didn't want them to drift too far from myself as I am afraid may happen if I gave them a super extensive history. There comes a point, though, where I wanna flesh out the world they're from a little, if for no other reason than to give them some folks to interact with.

So they have a geologist dragon "dad." He found them as a feral mutated slime out in a remote swampy area that had been hit by meteorites in the past. He didn't want to get attached to them (he's rather reclusive) but once he realized he had managed to teach them how to speak he knew he couldn't leave them behind.

He also still has no name. ;_;
