Happy Mer-May! I don't figure to do a particular theme month, but I did feel like at least trying a little of the mer-creature energy and of course Spunky got it because he's such a good little test case for anything. You can see for yourself how much he's enjoying this.
I enjoyed the nice swoopy curves of drawing this and of putting in too many water effects. One of these days I'm going to upload something that's nothing but effects work and challenge you to see if there's any difference in my drawing.
