i based this on older photos of top surgery but i dont actually know the state of mastectomies in the orphan's path universe lol. the years are the same but the industrial revolution never happened and that has had MASSIVE effects on like every aspect of life. also the whole "gods are real and often tangible beings also magic is real also theres a bunch of anthro species" things lmao

fun fact: at the time i drew this (a little over a year ago), i was extremely uncomfortable drawing/posting someones roleplay character shirtless lol. i still dont do that like at all (except for scar but he PORTRAYS himself shirtless half the time) but in this case trans joy overrode any hesitation
