'Amy and Sonic were heading out to meet Thorn and Sigrid, however Sonic being a little too confident felt that he didn't really need to follow Thorn's instructions or rely on the set path left by them to follow in order to avoid problems. So what did he do? He took a shortcut of course. Resulting in them ending up not where Thorn wanted them to meet them. This caused delays in their hunt and ultimately the couple and their Tokotas were lost. Now begins the trouble of finding out where they are.

The two stopped by a small waterfall, running down a stream leading into the foothills. Amy hopped off of Nala and walked over to Sonic and Altair, she huffed and tapped her foot impatiently. "What's taking so long, Sonic?" Sonic scoffed and reassured her, doing his best to hide his mistake. "Don't sweat it Ames, I know where we are." "Then why aren't we met up with Thorn and the others yet?!" Amy remarked. "Look all I need to do is check the compass and we'll be back in the right direction-" Sonic paused realising his slip up.

"Right Direction? We're lost aren't we?" Amy folded her arms, seemingly unimpressed. "I'm contacting Thorn-" Amy reached for her phone in order to contact Thorn. "WAIT!~" Sonic stopped her abruptly. Knowing if she told Thorn that he got them lost, she'd make fun of him for it for the rest of his days. "Okay look. Maybe...We wandered off the path. But it's no biggy, honest. Come on, we're not that far, see the compass is pointing north east. Lets turn back and retrace our steps until it hits North." Sonic suggested shrugging, feeling proud of his suggestion. "Hmm...If we get any more lost, I'm making it my goal to contact Thorn." Amy forewarned Sonic. "That won't be necessary, I got this." Sonic chuckled readjusting his seat in Altair's saddle.

Amy mounted Nala and the two headed back in order to find the path Thorn had set for them originally...hopefully.'
