This was a LOT of fun to draw! I typically draw furries 80% humanoid 20% animal, but with a commission for a half-red-panda-half-kangaroo, I had to go all out on the hips and legs X3 I wanted the pouch to be able to hang low and sway and get squeased by the thighs X3 The commissioner was pretty happy with it to! It was their idea to use rose gold jewelry, and that really tied it all together <3
the main thing they wanted was a chubby femboy who also looked elegant and cultural, so what could be better than a belly dancer in veils? I'm so proud of how it came out, and I cant wait to draw this character dancing with a full, possibly squirmy tum <3
