This is an artpiece  AlpineDragon made as part of an art trade between us. I really like all the interesting little things all around the room, and it looks like there's something very interesting in this scroll. In fact, I have decided this artpiece is going to be canon and it is a room in an old villa that I came across that sends me on a journey up North to the Scandinavian Peninsula. Two friends of mine both have characters that reside in this part of the world and I needed a canonical reason for my character to have been so far North to meet theirs, so this fits. Normally, she likes warm, tropical weather and bright sun so it's not exactly her first choice to be there under any random circumstance.

The place of interest in the scroll is called the Lake of the Immortals, which is a mysterious, legendary lake said to turn the drinker of its waters into a dragon. Given the decorations in this room and the contents of these books, it seems like the prior occupant was very much interested in becoming a dragon. I too found the lake rather interesting and set forth on my own journey to see if I could find it too! That is why I went North to the Scandinavian Peninsula.
