The storms really kicked it up a notch in the last couple weeks locally. Ever since I was little, something about storms has always called to me. They are awe-inspiring, powerful, and wild, and if I can't be outside in a storm, I'm usually curled up by the window in a dark room, watching it unfold.

There's just something about a storm that makes me feel more alive. It ignites all my senses, and I feel strangely at peace and invigorated all at once.
