The sense of space and volume these frames convey related to the building is tangible enough to replicate the feeling of looking up at a very tall thing looming above me in real life.
The little detail of the patient slumping into a relaxed pose after discovering his therapist is capable of relating to his problems on a fundamental level -- it was very sweet.
