After the Metal shop class, Rio left for his next class and came across a familiar face. Sasha was almost knocked over when Rio bumped into her, but Rio caught her in time. "Fancy bumping into you again." Sasha teased as she stood on her own, "How've you been?"
"I've been doing alright." Rio said, "I was hoping to talk to you again, honestly, but haven't quite been able to find you."
"Talk with me?" Sasha looked at him, "What about?"
"I dunno, just talk." Rio said, "You were there for me after what happened at homecoming, and you seem like a nice person."
Sasha giggled a bit, "It's okay to say you wanna be friends, Rio."
Rio froze a bit at that, looking away, "Well.. Umm... yeah, so.."
"Yeah, I'd like that." Sasha said, "You got the Third lunch period?"
He started to look her way again, "Yeah... I do actually? Where do you hang out in there?"
"At that one section by the windows but close to the lunch lines." Sasha said, "So, What have you been doing since you got kicked off the football team?"
"I've... well, I'm trying to get a blacksmiths club off the ground." Rio said scratching the back of his head, "Just got done talking it over with the teacher and we got the paper work to set up a stand or what-not for this."
"Smithing club?" Sasha looked at him a bit surprised, but smiled bigger, "How many members? Could I join?"
"You?" Rio paused and looked at her, "Wait, you wanna join the club?" he raised a hand, "N-not that I wouldn't allow it, anyone can join. I just didn't expect that of you."
"There's a lot about me you'd be surprised by." Sasha smiled, "So when's the first meeting?"
"A couple of days from now." Rio said, "Same class the metal shop is done in."
"Cool, I'll see if I can find time." Sasha said, but then the bell rang, "Well, I guess off to classes, See you around Rio." And Sasha walked off.

Rio watched the bat head her own way, and was about to got for his own, but he slowed down as he heard something. "Do You think Sasha's really gonna do that?" he turned and saw a few girls talking among one another. "I'm shocked she's even considering it." Rio slowed his walk, trying to listen without it seeming obvious. "She's on the cheerleader squad, this kind of thing isn't gonna make her look good." Rio thought about this, and what they could be talking about, and then started walking off. He pondered too why Sasha would wanna join, but it could be something he could try to ask her later.
