Kelpie is here! I finally finished this design. I don't know if I'll end up keeping her (so if you're interested, feel free to dm an offer)- I originally envisioned something else but I kind of just let my mind wander while I was working on this design, and this is where it ended up. I'm still happy with it- just definitely not my og plan.
