Looked to build A quick primer for Paragvate high fashion. Some of the finest outfits in the most expensive materials money can buy.
They're not exclusively worn by draknir. But given those are the face of Imperial high society, it's those are who you will see these outfits on the most. (also the most likely ones to wear custom made ones. Plenty of aspirational citizens will take off-the-rack alternatives but the high cream find that distasteful compared to a custom fit, custom design)
