Terms of Service:
When you order a commission from me, you agree to the following terms:
Payment Policy:
Only PayPal is accepted as a payment method. All payments must be made upfront. Payment may also be split, half on submission and half after the sketch or 3D base sculpt is approved.
All fees shall be paid by the customer. Payments may not be fragmented between different accounts.
Delivery Deadlines:
2D commissions: The finished product will usually be delivered within 2 weeks after the order is accepted for a standard commission, but delivery may take up to a month (30 days).
3D commissions: The finished product will usually be delivered within a month (30 days) after the order is accepted for a standard commission, but delivery may take up to 3 months (90 days).
If delivery time would exceed the upper bracket, you will be informed and entitled to a full refund or any other compensation that we agree upon.
Some commissions may take longer, due to the complexity of their design or any other factor, in those cases,a different delivery deadline will be agreed upon before any payment is made.
Refund Policy:
You may ask for a full refund before a sketch is approved for a 2D commission. You may ask for a partial refund before a 3D base sculpt is approved for a 3D commission if it was paid upfront in full. You may not ask for a refund after a sketch or 3D base sculpt is approved.
Updates on commissions:
You may request to check your commission at any time, but you should wait a few days between requests.
You will be able to see a work-in-progress version of your order. You are encouraged to share your thoughts and provide any feedback you consider appropriate. Keep in mind, however, that changes to the design may incur in extra costs depending on different factors.
Watermark:
All my works bear a subtle personal watermark. Do not tamper with the watermark. If you do not intend to use the artwork publicly, this can be stated before any payment is made and an alternative may be
discussed. Otherwise, an extra 10% on the final price will be charged for a version without a watermark.
Consent:
You must present proof of consent for all characters belonging to other people in your commission. In the case of gifts, you must provide context or justification to prove that you are not acting against the wishes of other people, for example, you can provide a relevant conversation with the other person, similar images that already exist or anything else that you think might be sufficient. I reserve the right to decline an order if consent cannot be proven or inferred.
OC Priority:
Original characters have priority over other characters in the waiting list. An original character is any character with a design that is unique or that is clearly set apart from other characters of the same species.
Themes:
I will not draw any kind of gore, needles, or explicit violence.
I will draw NSFW content, except for scenes depicting underage characters and non-consenting/rape situations. Some themes might result in higher prices that will be discussed before payment.
I reserve the right to decline an order I feel uncomfortable with.
Minimum Age:
I will not accept any order from an underage person, only people over the age of 18 may order a commission from me.
