There's no question that Mari is an adorable little squeeker, but don't be fooled by her small size. She's grown to be absolutely fearless in battle thanks to the constant encouragement of her many older siblings, and high risk maneuvers are fast becoming her specialty. Even if it's not guaranteed to pay off, it still never fails to catch her opponents by surprise when Mari launches herself at them from the highest point she can find.
Though she's more notorious for her flying Zen Headbutt (which carries even more impact thanks to the helmet given to her by one of her military-bound brothers), she's also pretty darn accurate at slamming her footpaws into someone's face too. Kinda makes you wonder if she was a Flying-type Pokemon in another life, don't it?
(PS: Don't make that "top percentage" joke. She hates that.)

She's got a camouflage battle outfit for every arena type, this is just the one that doesn't happen to make the rest of her stand out against everything else. X3
And yeah, it's a reference to the first trainer in HG/SS calling you up every 10 minutes to brag about how he thinks he's got a Rattata that's in the top percentage of all Rattata. It's been run into the ground just a... tiny, tiny bit over the last year.

Punk's good in the role, but both SES and now Nexus were basically just all him. In both groups the other members either did nothing or are just plain bad. It feels like kind of a waste.
But yeah, anything that gives Zeke more time to destroy everything around him is a good thing in my opinion.
