Another Fallout 4 OC. Meet Nora Winters, sometimes known as ‘Spring’ due to the poppy tattoo on the other side of her face. She’s Jackson’s girlfriend and the main mechanic of the Nuka-World Raiders.

She’s noted for being more reasonable then her boyfriend, usually preferring to reason with others before resorting to violence. She’s also incredibly smart, being an expert in robotics and science. However, she’s highly unpredictable and sometimes aloof.

Her weapons include the Hubs Alien Blaster, modified to use fusion cells instead of aliens blaster rounds, and a Nuka-Nuke Launcher. While she mainly uses her blaster, she will use the Nuka-Nuke Launcher in power armor.

Speaking of power armor, she keeps and maintains the Quantum X-01 Power Armor, having fully upgraded it a Mk. VI and installing a jet pack on it.
