Why yes... Shard has a very special balloon he owns~ It was especially enhanced with magic to have a sentient print of a magical Lucario on it, that can talk and move around the rubbery surface like nothin~ Sometimes Big Blue can even control the entire balloon's movement, bouncing around and whatnot. He has a slightly smug personality and loves to play around especially with balloon loving folks. Be careful though, 9 times out of 10 he is specifically unpoppable. Don't try, or you might make em upset...
