Cajun Ranch Seasoning
1 tablespoon crushed red peppers (optional)
3 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons Salt (optional)
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon dried thyme
1 packet of ranch seasoning
Potatoes
Chop to bite size pieces about 1x1 or .5x.5 inches
Toss potatoes in Olive Oil or Liquid Butter and Cajun Ranch Seasoning
Bake in the oven, spread out on a sheet tray for about an hour at 350 F (or till they reach an internal temperature of 165 F)
