Yeah. I don't see it. I mean, yes, it has many similarities to SpongeBob Squarepants, but the only elements it took from SpongeBob are the slice of life and work stuff, which were already mostly lifted from Rocko's Modern Life anyway. Scaredy himself isn't really very similar to SpongeBob except in the fact they have similar voices.
