A traveler from beyond the veil, defying all natural law, rending worlds apart with a wave of its hand.
Other worlds, strangers bearing familiar faces... one by one, they'd been dragged to the abyss, never to be returned. They weren't as he knew them, yet still, in spite of that -- each loss stung harder than the last.
Was it because he couldn't save them?
Now faced with the end, all light sapped from the sky to herald this world's oblivion -- the Charmeleon knew, he would not -- could not -- allow this one to join them.
Steeling all will to remain standing atop his feet, flame blazing with white-hot passion; Zethe glared defiantly at the interloper, wiping away the foul taste of iron staining his lips to grit his fangs.
"I'm not done... yet...!"
