I finally found the time to write you a letter. The service continues as a whole. We study military affairs, although, of course, to a greater extent we are driven by drill or even forced to wash the barracks several times a day. My company has a pretty good team. There are fellow countrymen, and there are guys from Kursk, Bryansk, Belgorod, St. Petersburg and even from Khabarovsk!

In fact, I even like to serve. I remember how in elementary school you scolded me when I brought another two for an unlearned verse. However, now I have learned this annoying rule by heart! The food is good: in the morning we have porridge and strong tea, for lunch we are served different soups, and for the second usually meat, unless, of course, we are talking about Muslims. Imagine, Chechens are serving among us, and they express full agreement with the actions of the leadership regarding the operation against militants in the Caucasus.

I'm sorry, I have so much to tell you, but the time is catastrophically short. I have to say goodbye until next time. I ask the Lord God to take care of you and your sick father while I serve our country, so don't worry about me, Mom.
